Tras las palabras de bienvenida del Presidente, José Ignacio Monedero, quien destacó la importancia del arbitraje y resaltó el compromiso del ICAM en su promoción y desarrollo, el Secretario General de la Corte, Ignacio de Luis, presentó un informe en el que se abordaron cuestiones relacionadas con el Pleno de la Corte, incluyendo arbitrajes administrados, decisiones adoptadas en procedimientos arbitrales, designaciones de árbitros y comentarios sobre la reglamentación interna.
A continuación, se presentó el informe de actividades realizadas por la Corte de Arbitraje del ICAM durante el año anterior, con iniciativas como la renovación de órganos representativos, el nombramiento de embajadores, la creación de una nueva página web o el impulso de la formación, con la renovación de su Escuela de Arbitraje, así como la participación y organización de jornadas divulgativas, conferencias internacionales y colaboraciones con diferentes entidades empresariales.
De cara a 2024, la Corte avanzó nuevas acciones previstas que contemplan el apoyo institucional del ICAM para realizar campañas de difusión, así como continuar manteniendo reuniones con administraciones públicas y empresas para seguir proyectando el arbitraje en el entorno doméstico como un método adecuado de resolución de controversias.
